Scrub and Glow Workshop for a Cause Honoring Suzanne Horne a success

On May 3, 2026 Volunteers in Medicine proudly honored our May Women with Heart Honoree, Suzanne Horne, through her super fun Body Scrub workshop at Natural Desires Soap Company. Guided by Nicole Boshell, an herbalist and founder of Natural Desires Soap Company, guests learned to blend simple ingredients, allowing guests to tailor their creation to suit their skin type and preferences.

The event reflected Suzanne’s commitment to natural products that improve health. The event raised over $3,000 in support of Volunteers in Medicine’s mission to provide quality, compassionate healthcare at no cost to the working uninsured. 💙
