💙 A Night of Heart & Hope at The Carpenter’s Shop

On November 20th, Volunteers in Medicine proudly celebrated our November 2025 Women with Heart Honoree, Dr. Cheryl Doro Wilder, at The Carpenter’s Shop — a vibrant space dedicated to uplifting youth and families in Jacksonville.

The evening was filled with warmth, joy, and community spirit as guests gathered to honor Dr. Wilder’s remarkable legacy. Surrounded by friends, family, and supporters, she shined with her signature grace and humility.

Together, we reflected on her lifelong commitment to education, ministry, and serving underserved communities. From her deep Jacksonville roots to her transformative work at The Carpenter’s Shop Center, Dr. Wilder has touched countless lives with compassion and purpose.

As we shared VIM’s mission and the impact of Women with Heart, the room was filled with gratitude and inspiration. It was truly a night where heart-work shined, honoring a woman who embodies everything the program represents.

💙 Congratulations to Dr. Cheryl Doro Wilder, our 2025 Women with Heart Honoree.

Your heart for the community continues to light the way for us all.
