We’re proud to share the release of the 2025 NAFC Data Report, capturing the life-changing impact clinics like ours made in 2024, and showing just how vital our services are in an environment where funding for health is threatened to be cut.

NAFC members are the foundation of care for millions who fall through the cracks of our healthcare system.

2025 Report Highlights

πŸ“ˆ 6 million visits delivered across more than 1,400 clinics and pharmacies
❀️ 1.7 million unduplicated patients, with 654,000 new patients seen
🩺 84% of patients were uninsured
πŸ‘·β€β™€οΈ 59% of patients were employed, yet still unable to access traditional care
πŸ§‘β€πŸ€β€πŸ§‘ 76% of patients lived below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ 92% of the clinic/pharmacy workforce are volunteers, totaling over 189,000 volunteers nationwide.
