Riding the Waves of Life & Rising with Resilience — Join Us on February 17 for an Evening of Support, Reflection, and Growth

Life doesn’t always move in calm waters. Stress, anxiety, and unexpected challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. That’s why Volunteers in Medicine is offering Riding the Waves of Life & Rising with Resilience, a wellness workshop designed to help individuals navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and support.

Led by Sally Anderson, LMHC, this interactive session will focus on understanding stress and anxiety while introducing practical, everyday tools to help build resilience. Participants will explore healthy coping strategies, learn how to manage emotional challenges, and gain insight into how resilience can support overall well-being during difficult moments.

This workshop is a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reconnect — whether you’re currently facing challenges or simply looking to strengthen your emotional wellness toolkit.
